Chris contacted us after his Estate Agent recommended our services to him. As an overseas investor based in Hong Kong he was unable to visit his new investment. Chris chose to book both an initial inspection and our reinspection service. This meant that once the developer had made good on the snags found, we were able to confirm to him that the work carried out was to an acceptable standard.  We removed any of the stress and hastle of arranging access by liaising directly with both the estate agent and developer. Chris was grateful to have a trained pair of eyes on his team to make sure that he had a sound return on his investment.
