Hotel Forty-Seven by KRO Hotels

Description

Nestled on the corner of Peter Street and Southmill Street in Manchester, the Grade-II listed Forty-Seven Peter Street stands as a testament to historical grandeur. As a listed building, this was a complex project for The Professional Snagging Company.

Formerly known as Lancashire House, this iconic structure, designed by the esteemed Manchester architectural practice of Walters, Barker and Ellis, was erected in 1868 as a shipping warehouse. Today, Hotel Forty-Seven seamlessly marries heritage and modernity, hosting a bold interior design scheme that transforms the space into a vibrant hub in the heart of Manchester. The Professional Snagging Company was integral to ensuring that a Lux finish was delivered by the main contractor appointed by KRO Hotels.
